Larry has more than twenty-five years of extensive experience
in a wide range of building types from small renovations to major new structures.
He directs all phases of the architectural practice including feasibility
studies, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding
and construction administration. He is experienced in restoration and retrofits
of commercial offices, retail, high-tech industrial buildings, medical R&D,
educational, and computer facilities. He also has expertise with the New
Jersey Department of Education Building Construction Code Regulations and
the ADA Accessibility Guidelines.
Throughout his career at Poskanzer Skott Architects, Larry has supervised major projects through all phases, from bidding and negotiations, to the preparation of construction documents, principal review and approval of construction contracts. His responsibilities include specification writing, feasibility studies, space planning, and management of staff.
Recently, his work has included design, construction administration, and coordination of engineering disciplines for projects such as the Ridge School, Ridgewood Savings Bank of New Jersey, Allendale Park, Mahwah Corporate Center, Allendale Corporate Center, and Newport Office Center.
