The most unique aspect of Poskanzer Skott Architects is that over the
last fifteen years, in addition to providing full architectural services,
the principal, Barry Poskanzer, has developed a wide variety of real estate
projects. These range from townhouses, subdivisions of single family residences,
adaptive reuse of older buildings and a variety of commercial and industrial
buildings. Barry's unique perspective regarding the "art and business" of
buildings adds insight into the design and implementation of our clients'
needs. The wealth of information from "the other side of the table" is
an invaluable tool, enabling Barry and the staff to provide knowledgeable responses
